Mark Daly is an attorney at McCullough Stievater and Polvere LLC in Charlestown.

Mark P. Daly is an associate with the firm and practices in the areas of Business Law, Business Formation, Commercial and Residential Real Estate Law, Civil Litigation, and Health Care Facilities Law. Mr. Daly earned his undergraduate and law degrees from Suffolk University. He is admitted to practice in both Massachusetts and Connecticut and is a member of the Massachusetts and Connecticut Bar Associations.

Mark and his associates at McCullough Stievater Polvere have been a long time volunteers of the CBA donating resources to help run the organization such as mailing out the CBA's annual dues bills, mailing out donation forms for the Annual Lightpole Decorating Fundraiser, and creating posters and promotions for the CBA. Mark was recently voted onto the Board of the CBA in April of 2009.

Mark and his wife are also Charlestown Residents.
